Part 2 Update B
Not as many changes but I wanted to correct some things sooner rather than later.
- Decreased Kobold Horn Drop rate slightly (33% to 25%)
- Increased Desert Bandit/Bandit Leader EXP yields
- Corrected some potential Seleth class issues. If she did not have a Magic Attack boost, she should hopefully now.
